Exellence is Our Target
OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP SCHOOL, EDUPFUINYIMA ISHIEKE, was established on the 4th day of January 2015 with an initial enrollment of 56 pupils across Nursery One, Nursery Two, and Primary One classes.
In the 2018/2019 academic year, the primary section received site approval. The following year, 2019/2020, the school obtained recognition and upgrading from Primary Five to Six, enabling the first batch of students to sit for the First School Leaving Certificate Examination.
With the successful consolidation of the primary section, the school expanded by establishing a secondary arm. OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP SECONDARY SCHOOL, EDUPFUINYIMA ISHIEKE commenced operations in the 2019/2020 academic year, starting with an initial intake of 47 students.
As of today, the secondary section has witnessed tremendous growth, with a current enrollment of 287 students.
In 2023, the secondary school received site approval from the Ministry of Education. In 2024, it obtained establishment approval and formal recognition. On December 13, 2024, the school received formal received recognition from both the State Education Commission and Ministry of Education. Most recently, the school achieved WAEC/NECO Accreditation on January 14, 2025 — a significant milestone in its academic journey.
