Job Role: Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer with a strong command of Canva and other design platforms to join our team. This role requires someone who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals ranging from branded documents and presentations to infographics and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for clear, effective design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets, including reports, presentations, documents, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging infographics that translate complex information into easily digestible visuals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the objectives of each project.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and integrate feedback.
• Use Canva and other design tools to deliver creative, polished, and on-brand visuals.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A related University degree
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• A strong portfolio showcasing infographics, document layouts, and brand-consistent designs.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles for digital and interactive content.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
