Job description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and elevate our brand across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement, grow our audience, and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to create compelling multimedia content.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new features across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and optimize them for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand voice.
  • Track competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging, shareable content.
  • Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with video editing tools for creating short-form video content.
  • Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
