The key purpose of this role is to oversee the development, implementation, and management of FinTech and Tech Sales solutions, ensuring effective utilization of technology to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This includes managing Tech Sales applications, tracking in-trade execution, conducting quarterly trade audits, resolving system queries, and expanding e-commerce platforms. The role also involves driving adoption of FinTech projects, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with the organization's objectives.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Development and Management of FinTech and Tech Sales Solutions: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of approved FinTech and Tech Sales services to align with organizational objectives.
- Management of Tech Sales Applications: Oversee field tools such as POCEYE, Salesforce, Kuja, and Kujashop, ensuring their seamless usage and relevance for the sales team.
- Tracking and Reporting of In-Trade Execution: Utilize technology to monitor and report trade execution activities, providing insights for improving field performance.
- Preparation of Gerrot Reports: Compile and deliver Gerrot reports to global stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- FinTech Project Leadership: Drive the adoption and usability of FinTech initiatives and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business growth.
- Quarterly Trade Audits: Plan and implement trade audits, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations to management.
- Query and Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues with Salesforce, Ontap, and other related systems, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Tech Sales solutions with commercial and operational needs.
- E-Commerce Platform Management and Expansion: Manage existing e-commerce platforms while expanding the organization’s digital footprint to support business objectives.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities in FinTech and Tech Sales, providing regular updates and actionable insights to senior management.
- Support for Temporary Credit and Financial Adjustments: Ensure proper tracking of credit extensions, passing adjustments for customer disputes, and monitoring cash-term customers' compliance.

Minimum requirements:
- Min. of B.Sc./HND in Sales and Marketing or any related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years management experience.
- Experience in driving the adoption of technology solutions across teams.
- Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of trade audits.
- Experience in resolving technical system queries and customer complaints effectively.
- Exposure to working with diverse teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
