WritePrimary Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and installing all new audio and visual equipment, Carry out installation via experience and technical manuals.
- Assists the live production team with the planning and coordination of alltechnical broadcastinfrastructure at venues. This will includebroadcastsystems, cabling, the power supply and all relatedtechnicalfacilities (as well as testing) at each venue.
- Managing technical delivery and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Prompt identification alternative solutions on downtime.
- Ensuring all equipment are in good condition through periodical maintenance, including proper documentation of all maintenance done.
- Innovative, creative and self-motivated to ensure the implementation of the latest and most appropriate technical solutions on all equipment. Ensure that the technical services delivered comply with the highest standards and fulfil all production demands.
- Stays updated with changing technologies and maintain excellent broadcast quality, providing the company or studio with recommendations for equipment updates, enhancements and modifications.
- Collaboration with engineers across boards to make sure all stations are on air as scheduled. Ensures all technical problems are resolved immediately through proper communication, delegation and follow up of repairs, including third parties, such as the equipment vendors, in order to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably in radio broadcasting or telecommunications (4-7years preferred).
- Strong understanding of RF engineering principles, broadcasting systems, and signal processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
